Tiffani Amber Thiessen (born January 13, 1974) is an American actress and television host. She is known for her roles as Kelly Kapowski on the NBC teen sitcom Saved by the Bell (1989–1993), Valerie Malone on the Fox teen drama series Beverly Hills, 90210 (1994–1998), and Elizabeth Burke on the USA Network crime drama series White Collar (2009–2014).
Thiessen was born in Long Beach, California. She began her acting career at the age of 10, appearing in commercials and television shows. In 1989, she was cast as Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell. The show was a huge success, and Thiessen became one of the most popular teen idols of the 1990s.
After Saved by the Bell ended, Thiessen went on to star in a number of other television shows, including Beverly Hills, 90210, Fastlane, and Good Morning, Miami. She has also hosted a number of television shows, including Dinner at Tiffani's and Fashion Police.
In addition to her television work, Thiessen has also appeared in a number of films, including Son in Law (1993), The Beverly Hills, 90210 Movie (1995), and Shriek If You Know What I Did Last Friday the Thirteenth (2000).
Thiessen is married to actor Brady Smith. They have two children together.
